Houston-based rapper, Mic Skills’ Defiant made the Houston Chronicle’s Top 10 Discs of 2009 list.  He hosts a recurring event called MISSION CONTROL and he’s bringing a Scion-sponsored Austin version to SXSW next week.  Champion Scion presents Showcase Showdown is tenatively scheduled for Wednesday, March 17, 2010, at 503 E. 6th Street at 7PM.  Get more »
